I have three favs.
Book 7 cause it shows S+S in their child stage looking at the birds. They look so happy and carefree.
Book 8 cause it shows a very cool syaoran holding his sword.
Book 9 cause it shows s+s in their teen stage. Their clothes look so beautiful.

hard to decide....i like the cover of volume 9 i guess...but i still can't accept the fact that Syaoran WEARS EARRINGS... ppl said he looks good with earrings...but i dun really agree....he doesn't look rebellious as some ppl referred, of course they were meaning rebellious in a 'good-looking way' but gah....i think its tad weird.
