I actually think Syaoran looks really cool, but I think maybe the earrings mean something. The ear clamps that the two Mokona wear allow them to keep in contact with eachother.

oh the earings aren't that bad!  :sweatdrop:
they give him attitude (perhaps Iam biased since I am a goth and am very used to guys with earings)
plus, it makes him look oriental and almost tribal. which I think is pretty cool  :wink:
