Its bad not to sleep, here is a run-down of the effects of not sleeping:

1-2 days: concentration becomes hard, irritability
3-4: you start to have hallucinations (visual and audio)
6-7: declared totally insane by this point

Lolz. Yea I know it's bad. I start getting headaches if I don't get enough sleep and, as you all know already, I start going really hyper.

But I like sleeping. I just like it better when I can sleep whenever I want and wake up whenever I want. *sigh It's just that school makes me have to wake up super early everyday. I don't like it. ><

its also good it get into a regular sleeping routine, going to bed at a certian time to make sure you get a good amount of sleep and also not sleeping in too late

That's the thing. I'm so use to sleeping at around 12, that I can never go to sleep early now. And I use to have a habit of waking early on the weekends when I was younger. Now I started getting a habit of waking up at 9 or earlier. It's weird and I never get enough sleep. *sigh

I'll probably go to sleep early today. So I won't be on again tonight for another round of hyperness. Hehe.

One thing you shouldn't do when you're sleepless is take a bath. Get at least 1-2 hours sleep before taking a bath. Cause if you do it'll have a bad effect on your brain.

REALLY? OMG! I never knew that. I always take a shower and then go to sleep at times.

it isn't bad, but it will keep you awake.

I always have a shower an hour or more before I go to bed.

Yea. I knew that showers keep you awake but I never heard that it's bad for your brain. Or is it only a bath? I don't take baths now though. lolz. XD

I think I better take a shower soon then. XD hehe

No I mean, when you don't get sleep 4-6 hours straight after a day. A friend of our teacher did that, read the bible for hours straight, then took a bath. After half an hour, he dunno who he was, and was chewing his clothes, and laughing and crying. Poor guy.

I think everyone has a natural sleep cycle. Mine just happens to be
from about 6:00am to 2:00pm.
I know Vexnet doesn't go to bed until around 9:00am or so.

Lol the funny thing about me sleeping, im used to waking up at early times EVEN IF I DO GO TO SLEEP REAL LATE.... like 3AM for example. Lol, i did that just now its 8 sumthing, XD but it still has an effect later though.... like you want to take afternoon naps until dinner time rofl

Naps?
I can't nap.
I'm too ..........uh, I can't think of the word, but if I were to try to lay down and nap, things would keep jarring me awake. I am a very very light sleeper and any little noise that is unusual will have me jumping up.
Plus the noise in my ears would keep me up.

When I go to bed, I turn a fan on to block out the noise in my ears.
I have extremely sensitive hearing and hear EVERYTHING!
Makes up for my really bad eyesight I guess.
