They are from Clamp No Kiseki issues 10 and 11.
Fai comes in issue 10 and Kuro comes in issue 11.

Are they getting harder to get ahold of?
I bought mine from Hong Kong for a total price of about $65 for the two sealed boxes.
They are sure worth it though. Now I'm going after those plushies!!
