Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. I'm trying to read it as slowly as I can 'cause I don't want it to end, but I'm having a hard time to keep myself away from the book... ^^

Yes, and it's an absolutely wonderful, witty and silly book. Middle-East children's fantasy yay! I personally don't think it's quite, quite as good as Howl's Moving Castle, but it's not far behind. I just finished it last night myself.

I've also been reading the later of Tove Jansson's Moomin books (Tales from Moominvalley, Moominvalley in November, Moominpappa at Sea), for the very first time I might add. Now I deeply regret not reading them as a child, but then again, the melancholy ambience in those books is perhaps best appreciated by adults.

That struts and frets his hour upon the stage
And then is heard no more: it is a tale
Told by an idiot, full of sound and fury,
Signifying nothing.

It is, isn't it? I've recently started on the His Dark Materials trilogy (I am currently about halfway through The Amber Spyglass). It was the announcement of the coming movie that triggered the 'Gosh, I really need to come around to reading these books now' reaction for me. It's nice to find youth's literature with such an intelligent plot, and that so clearly take a stand against religion.

I finished the Amber Spyglass a few days ago. ^^ The Golden Compass was my favorite out of the three, though
