And he lost that card during the final judgment. Exactly what time period are we talking? Like during the middle of the series? Is this before the CCS Syaoran lost his Clow Cards and before Tsubasa Syaoran learned how to swordfight?

One thing to remember. Syaoran Li lost the time card in his battle with Yue, and after Sakura beat Yue she got the time card. She proves this when she uses it in episode 65: Sakura and the Snow-blowing Ski School and in the second movie she uses it against the Void Card.

The Time is one of the most powerful cards (behind The Dark and The Light) however uses tremendous amounts of energy. Its powers are finite. BTW, the other card requiring lots of energy is The Return.

CCS Syaoran would win, simply because he's better equipped to. Even though TRC Syaoran is older, CCS Syaoran would still be strong enough to win, because not only does he have martial arts skills, he can also wield magic, which is something that TRC Syaoran can't do. Plus, he's not blind in one eye.
TRC Syaoran couldn't beat the magic if he was being electrocuted, or drowned....and to those who might say he could resist the wind attack, remember how he was beaten by the Ryan'ban's magic wind!
No contest really.
