This is a really hard question i think, both Syaoran from CCS and Syaoran from Tsubasa is good. But if i had to chose it would be Syaron from Tsubasa I like him more than CCS Syaoran i started to lik  Syaoran from Tsubasa right away I think he has more personality than from CCS

I agree as well. TRC Syaoran has much more to lose than CCS Syaoran, considering that even though TRC Sakura has magic, and so does CCS Sakura, TRC Sakura cannot protect herself, therefore TRC Syaoran has more to lose and this is what drives him to fight so well.

It's really up in the air. Potential could give trc Syaoran an advantage over ccs Syaoran, if Sakura's fate was involved.
Then there's the matter of swords. As far as sword power goes, ccs Syaoran would probably lose to Hien, regardless if it was just a sword fight. However if magic were involved.... AUGH! You could go on for hours! It's like that question "Which came first the chicken or the egg?". >.< I'm confused now.
