Homework Thread

moezychan:
This thread is inspired by VexNet, from The Post Thread VI. This is where you'll post a homework problem, and somebody can help. It doesn't matter whether you're in college, high school, or middle school. I'm hoping that the majority of the forum will participate in helping. Also, considering that I'm going to become a teacher, I hope that you'll help the person with the problem, but allow the person to figure out the answer by themselves. Nobody will learn anything if all we do is give them the answer. This is merely a help thread; not an answer thread!

Note from SLi: This thread is not for having others do your homework for you. Such posts will be deleted without question. This thread is getting assitance when you don't understand something or need something checked.

So Moezy would you also like journals about the right of arms sent to you?
(peer reviewd of course because then they're more crediable)

I need a bit of advice....
My Socials teacher asked us to do a poster about responsabily in school.
But I don't have any idea of how or which kind of images I may use for the poster. I already have one idea: Do your homework.
But I need at least 3 ideas. Any suggestions?

I would say that it depends on if the poster has to be serious or not.
Ideas for a serious poster:
- Do your homework / Study hard: pics of students reading or writing
- Pass between classes in an orderly manner: pics of students in hallways, possibly in lines.
- Be respectful of teachers and faculty members: pics of students doing nice things for teachers
- Don't sleep in class: pics of students looking alert and attentive.

Ideas for a not so serious poster:
- Don't thow things in class: pics of students throwing things
- Be respectful: students sticking out therr tounges or clearly not listening.

Things of that nature may get you thinking.  As far as how to do it, it shouldn't be too hard.  I had to do something like that a long time ago.  Either take pictures off the internet or cut them out of magazines.  Paste or tape them to the poster, and write the rule/responsibility next to each picture.  I hope I was able to help or at least give you ideas.   :heh:

Yes, I would appreciate that. You could either post it here, or PM me.
