If this is what you really like, and you know how to do it, then go for it! How are you going to organize it?

I wanted to look like a teacher...so clothes like a teacher and maybe I'll take some classes from my mother ^_^
And then with many many papers under my arms...like some teachers in my school... I would stand in front of the teachers desk and speak with a weak voice...or with a strong and strict voice... I don't know....
I think it could be a good idea to interview some teachers and use some of their comments for my speech...

What grade would you be doing your mock-teaching for?

If it's college, then I can certainly help you! After all, I'm in college, and I do have professors that love to tell jokes in their classroom!
