XXXHOLiC Anime on 2006!!!!

at the bottom of the book, it says XXXHOLiC anime!!
its difficult to see but it also says its comming on next spring :hello2:
i really cant wait to see this!!

I also hope either IG, Mad House or Bones take hold on Holic (anyone but Bee Train actually ^^u) Though I think it´d be difficult to arrange the pieces where Holic connects to Tsubasa if different companies work on them...mmm...better not worry about that right now. Let´s cheer for the good news! :)

AWESOME!!!! I hope that the company peoplez do better on Yuuko cuz Bee Train TOTALLY messed her up I SWEAR. But it'll be SOO cool to see the clients and what the ghost-things actually look like. And if the peepz didn't put Himawari-chani in the movie then we'll get to see her now!

Yes! XXXHolic is such a good story, it deserves to be on TV! ^_^
It'll be like watching Twilight Zone, except without the creepy feelings (I'm sorry, but I really don't know what category XXXHolic goes under)
This series probably will allow the anime producers to do filler episodes with their own ideas of creepy cases...(we'll see how it goes)

With the mood the manga gives, I'm guessing the theme song and the ending song will not sound so energetic as Kinya for Tsubasa... maybe... like Last Exile... with bits of sighs, moans, and bells that give the enchanting feeling like the cover page- smoky background and stuff.
Maybe it'll be like X, except instead of feathers flying around, it's smoke coming here and there whenever Yuuko says something meaningful, then an eerie background music of chorus and moans...

Rika's right... a serious, stoic, Merlin/Gandalf- like Yuuko is just not Yuuko at all... She should represent the opposite of those archetype wizards and common misconceptions of what people thought witches and wizards are- always saying stuff in riddles and out of touch w/ reality. I wanna see Yuuko do the following in the anime:
1. Play video games
2. Surf on the internet
3. Get drunk, get a hangover
4. Get drunk, get a hangover
5. Get drunk, get a hangover
6. Watch cheesy romantic drama (Who's that Fernandos that she has been talking about?)

I'm just stoked, that's why I rant here... But it's a nice thought in my opinion

I really hope that not BeeTrain will take it!
Tsubasa they did really well but I cannot imagine that they can do xxxHolic so well too.
I mean perhaps they would cut all the funny scenes like in Tsubasa...

I hope Production I.G. will take the production...the movie seems very good and they all look good... (I remember: Yuuko -- Tsubasa... -.-")

Hurray for a XXXholic TV series!  I haven't read any of the manga yet, but I'm really looking forward to this and the movie!  To be honest, I'm kind of hoping Bee Train produces the animation for XXXholic.  I didn't like the animation for Tsubasa at first, but it keeps getting better and better with each passing episode, so I think Bee Train could do the animation well for XXXholic.  Just as long as they don't make the characters' faces look weird, like they did with Yukito in one episode of Tsubasa.  Although it would be interesting to see XXXholic being animated by Madhouse if they could, since they've always done a fantastic job with the animation in Clamp's other series.

They'll show the anime on NHK like Tsubasa...
Let's hope they will not cut the drunk scenes in xxxHolic too...
I mean a Yuuko without alcohol...It's hard to imagine...
