Yes, Sya0ran has kindly uploaded the High-Quality AVIs in megaupload.com.

A few of the links expired :sweatdrop: so not all episodes are available.

The low quality WMVs from episodes 18-26 are still available though.

uh... Tsubasa is licensed now so I'm afraid we can't go distributing L-E's fansubs anymore. Don't wanna get CW into trouble...
