in singapore, theres a PE exam called PFT (physical fitness test), theres sit-ups, 2.4km running, pull-ups, sit and reach, long jump and 200m shuttle run.
sit and reach is where you'll sit wif your arms and fingers straight ahead of your body where theres a marker you'll have to push, basically, its juz like trying to reach your toes without bending your knees, sitting, if you have long nails, they'll cut them on-the-spot *no chance for more points*.
200m shuttle run is where a 50m course is with 2 beanbags at the end of the course, you'll hav to run back and forth bringing the beanbags to the starting line 1 by 1, so totals 200m, cant throw the beanbag or you'll get a fail grade immediately.
the 2.4km run aint a nice jog either...theres a time limit for passing *definately* and the PE instructors'll wanna train us up by making us run that distance 2x a week for PE lesson...and PE lessons are always before recess, it'll really ruin your appitite running that much then trying to eat...urg...
