Lemme see. I only have american merch, but from what I can remember, I own:
Sakura Doll, in yellow/green Fairy Outfit
Syaoran Doll, in Battle Outfit
Meiling Doll, in Battle Outfit.
Two Kero Plush Toys, one speaks the other is like a beanie baby.
A Clow Card deck, in the Clow Book. Missing two cards. :cry:
1 Cardcaptors DVD
1 Cardcaptor Sakura DVD.
Mind you that all but the DVDs are over eight years old. :XD: I wish I would have bought the sealing wand. Last I saw, they're selling for $100 on ebay.

Not actually CCS however I'm still continuing collecting the epic CLAMP in 3D Land sets. 6 sets of 5 figures have been released (along with the rare Vampire Fai figure) and here's a peak of set #7:
