hyuu hyuu people!

this is a bit of a strange topic,
but i just love it when fai goes hyuu!

i told every one in my class, now it VERY popular!

i would love to hear what you think about hyuu!

I often get urges to go "hyuu" and sometimes even do, but no one gets it...

I tried explaining it to my sister, and she laughed and said I was weirdÂ Â

Hyuu... where to begin? I've adapted Hyu into my IM conversations, and all my friends (of which 2 are otaku) are all, "hyuu? wtf?" And I'm always forced to just say "never mind..."
Anyway, I say webster's dictionary needs to have "hyuu" in there!!

Lol!!! I go 'hyuuu' as well too! ^^ But mostly on the boards and on IM. Whenever I say it in real life... I make it a really low 'hyuuu' so that people merely think I'm just making some sound of interest or something without knowing what it means. ^^

I never really have the courage to say "hyuu" out loud to any of my friends... They'd just look at me weird.
But I mean a mage that can't whistle is no stranger than 4 midgets trying to melt a ring.Â

I like fai-san's HYUU! HYUU! at the anime, when I heard that i said "kawaii!" and from that moment on, Hyuu! Hyuu! became one of my mannerisms. And when my classmates heard me saying "hyuu! hyuu!", they call me "timang" (it's meaning is crazy)...

Like Fai, I cannot whistle and used to vocalise it rather than whistle. So when I saw he couldn't whistle as well it made me giggle

If I ever wanted to whistle I'm sure I'd say 'hyuu' ^^

Well since I can't whistle worth crap! I tend to use Fye's "Hyuu" or "Wheet Whoo". My friends don't know I use that since...well...they don't talk to me.=[ Oh well now everyone here knows!lol. Hyuu~ God I'm such a weirdo.

Mm, yesh, 'hyuu' has become more apart of my daily vocab now, since last I posted. I still get weird looks.

'Hyuu' sounds better than Wheet whoo, though.

I can't whistle so I replace it with Hyuu. n_n
but, I always do it at home. when at school, I do it softly so nobody heard. ^^;;

yeah, i prefer hyuu~! more than the oterh one

i use it ocasionaly since ive lost he ability to whistle ^^ but i usualy only use it in private.

I've never really used 'Hyuu' in any sort of conversation. Maybe once during an AIM conversation, with someone who knows Tsubasa. But other than that...

The same thing happens to me! 'Hyuu' is such a fun word, and I wish that I could often say it outloud, but since my friends are...how should I say it...unkown to anime and Tsubasa, they would look at me weird, even my own parents!Â

My best friend sometimes says "Wheet-whoo!" in honor of Fai. (She's only read the official translation of the manga, so she uses that one.) I can actually whistle, so I don't think to use it, though it would be fun to try sometime. I love it when Fai uses it.

*giggles* I use Hyuu all the time on AIM and in public. People staring at me like o.0 is no problem! I'm used to it!

Although my favorite "Hyuu" was when Kuro-Rin said it in that...uh...game world, the name of which does not occure (SP?) to me at the moment.
