Episode 27 is very weird. It seems to confirm that Dullindal is actually pretty bad.Dullindal orders his men to go after the "Fake Lacus", claiming the "real" Lacus would be hurt if her name was tarnished like this with the imposter using it, and that he "wants to stop them from being reckless and creating chaos". Then he ponders to himself that "It's a good thing they're not here now; Lacus Clyne... and Kira Yamato".
The second statement has me puzzled. Firstly, this statement short of confirms he's behind the assassination attempt on Lacus. Secondly, this may just be a bad translation, but WTF? The only thing that can mean is that they're not at PLANT. Surely he can't mean that he believes they're dead, after all, (a) none of his assassins made it back, and (b) not long after Freedom abducted Cagalli from the wedding ceremony. If he knows Kira by name, then he knows he's Freedom's pilot.
The first statement, that he "wants to stop them before they create chaos" implies to me that he only cares about his own agenda. After all, he groomed Meer to be his puppet. The assassination attempt was his way of making sure that his Lacus was the only Lacus. He wants his own agenda realised. After his speech to the Minerva pilots regarding war profiteering on the part of Blue Cosmos' corporate front in Phase 19, I can't help but wonder if he too will financially gain from the war going on. Later, when we see him mulling over the same plans for the Destroy Gundam that Djibril is examining, tihs strengthens my belief that he's no good guy.
Also, Lunamaria is apparently a spy fof Talia, and it seemed like Talia and Lunamaria seemed pretty bad about the spying as well.
They also show Dijbril and Neo talking, and Dijbril mentions that the Minerva has to be destoryed, after all, that's why he [Neo] exists. If Dijbril said this, it just confirms that Mwu could be Neo, and his memories could be erased. I have this feeling that the Blue Cosmos found him and they used him as a tool. But this is just pure speculation.
