Sorry to hear you're sick anf good for you for not seeing a doctor. IMO they wouldn't help much. Getting rid of an illness in most cases is mind over matter.

With that said, I'm under the weather myself but time doesn't hold still for anyone

i totally agree with you Arcademan,when i get sick it never lasts more than one day,because i have my tactic to heal quickly

it is to GO OUTSIDE,walking,running and breathing fresh air,because physical activity strengthens our defenses and immunizes us against microbes

thats good your better. your tactic for getting better is the exact oposite of how Soubi, from loeless< heals. he does something as he sleeps that speeds up his healing process ^^;;

the problem is that if we stay in bed muffled up in our coverts we keep breathing the same air and so microbes keep infected our lungs (i'm far from being a doctor of course,but this is my warrior strategy,even if it seems rough
