If what you mean is a short clip from an episode in gif format, I can help you do one, as long as it is from the trc anime. XD (Because that's the only anime I have in avi format.. 0.o) Just pm me with the scene and in which episode it appears in. ^^ (Scene shouldn't be too long, or the file size will become really big. :X)
