CLAMP's Famous Works > Cardcaptor Sakura
Touya and Yukito. Peach blossoms and Snow Bunnies.
Shiunu:
Well I dunno. That's what I just heard.
Jeannette:
Yuki's nickname for Touya is To-ya. He leaves off the middle syllable. Touya's name is Japanese is separated by syllables like this: To-U-Ya. Yuki, I'm almost certain, simply calls him To-Ya, with only two syllables. It's hard to notice.

Wow that's interesting.
~*arty*~:
The To-ya thing may be a nick name. Or may not. Cute if it is though. Another thing to ask CLAMP. But I think it is. Everyone else says "touya".
And I agree with Shiunu on the Sakura thing. When she confessed her love for him and he turned her down gently. Saying he loves someone else. It'd be pretty obvious he's talking about Touya. After all. They are practically attatched at the hip. And before hand. Sakura might have noticed how worried Yuki was for Touya after he gave his magic to Yue.

I thought it was always obvious that they liked each other; that's why I knew Sakura wouldn't end up with him, which is sadly the only thing that really got me through the first arc. I hated the fact that she was still all 'Yukito-san's so cooool!', but hey, thats the way crushes go.
But Touya and Yukito were always with each other, and always either somehow touching or speaking in a way that said 'Yeah, I like you'. So...I didn't think there was controversy over that particular coupling.
