Well, [手当て], teate, really means "treatment", "response" [to a situation],  so in Syaoran's situation it would of course mean 'medical treatment'. Both translations are really paraphrases to fit the English (like most translations are anyway), so both really have the same connotation. It's how you want to interpret it.

ahhhhh...i c. yeah, it all depends on how you interpret it. but i'll change it to "treatment" coz it sounds better than "doctor".

awww thanks. and i'll get onto chapter 106 a.s.a.p. I just realized that it's up today. The scanlation should be up tomorrow (if no one else uploads it). All done! Enjoy chapter 106 peoples. Any problems, just comment.
