I'd tell her she needs to put a border (probably white), make the text a little more readable, and instead of providing the light effects on the text, transfer them to the images. That should give them some emphasis.

(Why am I rambling? O.o)

And about the avatar, even if it's Roxas.. I'm being reminded of Denzel (FFVII:AC).... weird.... O.o
