WMP - hit ctrl I to capture image or if it won't work
WMP -> Tools -> Options -> Performance -> Hardware Acceleration (set to anything othern than "full") -> Hit "Print Screen"  then paste it on paint brush or any program that allow you to paste an image.

BSPlayer -> Hit "P" (It'll usually go to the 'BSplayer' folder)

VLC -> Video -> Snapshot (It'll usually go to the 'My Pictures' in your 'My Documents' folder)

But you might want to try the following steps that i learned from another forum ...
-- open a video file in random then pause
-- open another video file using another player that you like to screen cap then hit print screen.
The first screen will be blank?but the second one will appear to be normal. However quality may not that good.

Ok....Tried using ctrl I, works well, THX!
