Convert .rm to another : use EO Video ! (http://www.eo-video.com/) But it's not free..

here are some direct downloads for eps 1-9 on this site i'll send you a pm with the link

but the anime is licensed so if you wanna have the full 1st season ask someone here on the forum to send you the links trough pm
