I've noticed that too. XD The splash page of Chapter 74 features Syoaran-kun wearing earings too. If you were to look carefully, the earing isn't clipped on, and that means Syaoran-kun has pierced ears. XD (Well, at least on the left side... 0.o)
And I think volume 14 has already been released in Japan. (Not really sure, you'll have to confirm with the rest.)

Volume 14 was released April the 17th.

Yeah, I've always been wondering about that.... I go... Syaoran wears earrings???? He wears them in like... 3 pics. lol And I noticed that it's always one ear too, the one on the left ear.
