I thought Princess Hinoto was short...and was like disabled everywhere to the point where she can't see or talk or move or anything. Maybe it is hinoto or not, i don't know

the mascot is from Angelic Layer. Its the logo of "piffle princess" ( the store i-chan took misaki to buy angelic layer stuff) The mascot first appeared in vol 1 chap. 1 around page 23-24 of angelic layer manga.

yeah but this is not X but TRC so it's possible that it's her (at least they have the same hair....i think)
