Personally, I like

Yuki and Shuichi form Gravitation
Subaru and Seishiro from X
And then I make couples - like Kai/Tyson (Beyblade) Tai/Matt (Digimon), Ken/Davis (Digimon)....

Yes....yuri is another type of pairing for anime couples. (For anyone who doesn't know what it is, it's a girl/girl pairing)

Personally, I prefer yaoi and straight to yuri though...it's never really appealed to me.

I like yaoi too, but I prefer the romantic aspect to it. To be honest, yuri appeals to me more...guess I can relate to it better or something. ^^;

I'm open to all this yaoi stuff... but I don't like it when it becomes plotless. I read a lot of fanfics that have yaoi and all I see is just getting those guys together. No story, no plot... just baseless. Which is why I kinda get turned off by yaoi... I mean, if you want to get them together, do it with style!

And without any hentai graphics of course... >.<

Yuri and Yaoi are more Graphic versions of the same gender couples, (often comes close to hentai)
while Shounen-Ai and Shoujo-Ai mainly revolves around actual stories and are generally very romantic,
i find these to be much more romantic than your straight couples stories.

Yaoi/Shounen-ai...gotta love it!!  ^__^  I'm also a fan of Yuri...anyone a fan?  XD  Anywho, if you're against Touya x Yukito wouldn't you be against the (obvious..XD) love/romance between Kurogane x Fai?  Well, Yuki x Shuuichi of course, then there's Yzak x Dearka from Gundam SEED/Destiny, Naruto x Sasuke and tons more. ^^;

I perfer Shonen-ai then Yaoi, I'm not that into graphic stuff, and everytime I think shonen-ai I immediatly think of Loveless, lol, maybe the only show ever to show some real shonen-ai, like kissing and stuff. But its also weird because its also peodphile -_- Guess everything can't be perfect.

Also, I perfer shonen-ai, because its cute, sort of like Dearka x Yzak, you know they don't exactly have those type of feelings, but its easy to see really.

Yuri...sorta scares me. Maybe because I'm a girl? LOL, I don't know why, I just don't, usually you hardly ever see shoujo-ai, like the Tomoyo x Sakura stuff, its usually all yuri actually, which I find rather disgusting.

But I perfer het pairings to all of these, like SLi said, its the nature of things, and I just perfer it, and well, I like it a little more too. And I'm all for light-hearted things too ^____^
