between CLAMPs 2 newesty creations (TRC and HOLiC), theres alot of themes dealing with the right eye:
[may have spoilers, but im posting whats been revealed in the anime of TRC.]

TRC: Syaoran is blind in the right eye
TRC: Seishiro gave his right eye up inorder to transport dimensions
TRC: Fei Wang reed wears his monocle on his right eye.

HOLiC: Show content Doumeki had a spider web over his right eye for angering a spider spirit.
HOLiC: Show content Watenuki traded his right eye so doumeki can have his.
HOLiC: Show content Watenuki and Doumeki share their right eyes, doumeki gave up half of his to watenuki.
