Another fact about the Phil:
DId you know that the biggest export of our country is Human Resource? Just this morning, I saw another flash of news reporting that the Team Phil. won the World Math Champsionship, netting themselves a solid scholarship
and other fees backed up (ex. apartment/house, school and house stuff, passport, travelling fees and so much more)
)
My point is all the great people of the Phil are being exported due to their skills and talents. Effect of that, all those people who aren't given the chance... Well, they still stay here (and some who disrupts the country [sorry, this is true] are the only ones who stays here
for good) So what's left? Unruly people with the corrupt government....
