I like the anime only arcs. I find them a lot more interesting as I don't know what's going to happen. It also gives us a reason to watch the anime and not just read the manga.

It's incredibly funny though. Two days ago, I was wondering why everyone they met in different dimensions was the same age, and if they'd ever encounter an older/younger version of someone.

did kurogane just tell fai something about MOVIES?? did they even HAVE movies back then?? wouldnt he mean, plays or soemthign, or is feudal japan far more advanced then given??... did the subbers make a mistake? im really confused...

Now you mention it, i checked the chinese fansub version and kurogane line is translated as "Don't say something inauspicious."

Ah, it makes more sense now. And I'm a bit less pissed about the fillerness because now, because this ties with the last episode of the first season to form a little arc. An arc that gives us more insight on Fei Wong Reed.
What intrigued me most however, was one of Yuuko's comments. "You have to make sure if he's friend or foe."
Wouldn't it be cool if Kyle turned out to be a goodguy afterall? Or atleast... gets persuaded by Syaoran and the gang?

I can't wait for episode 32! The title just sounds way to cool to not be a good episode.

Fei wong Reed seemed a bit angry, especially after that part when he says "you can't bring dead people back to life"...it went something like that i think.....

Yeah, I'm pretty sure they implied something like this in the manga too. But Yuuko made a comment about it. She said something like... "It is impossible. Clow Reed is proof of that."
But I'm not sure what the connection is... I think that maybe Clow Reed and Fei Wong Reed are brothers. (And Xing whatshername is Sakura's cousin.) and Fei Wong wants to revive Clow. But it's just speculation. ^^'

Probably after the Shurano arc. Unless they decide to do another spoiler ep. ~_~
I'm guessing Shurano will have about 8 to 10 episodes in total. Unless they really speed it up.

Oh, for the previous season, there was this LJ page/community where you could download screenshots of the latest episodes. There were like... 100 in one Zip file per episode. Sadly, I forgot the page... Does it still exist? And is it screenshotting season 2 too?

Rewatched the episode with subtitles, and now that I can fully understand what was going on, I'll admit that it was a good episode. Not the best, but it was good. However, I still find it a bit too cliche. I don't really like filler episodes because they cut away from the true meaning of the story, but if it helps, what Sakura's father told her was an important aspect in the series.

I'm sure that Fei Wong Reed has lost a loved one, and it might explain his obsession with the feathers. What if he wanted to cross demensions in hopes that he could find whoever he lost. They might not be the same person, but they would have the same soul. Guess we'll find out as the series progresses.
