Yo! My name is Melissa. I've been posting around the board (just a little bit!) and decided to formally introduce myself here now.
I think it is just more of me trying to find something to do so I can procrastinate further and not write my paper... Soooo! The main reason I joined was that somewhere, I can't remember where, I saw a link to the KuroxFai thread (oh yeah, I'm one of those
) and started snooping through it. I really liked that thread and the people who posted on it, so I decided to venture further into the forum and so far I have been really enjoying myself here.
Lessee, I'm 18, have never had a job, currently trying not to write the first half of the paper that will determine whether I graduate or not.... Hahaha. Yeaaah. Hmm. I'm fairly new to Tsubasa/CLAMP/anime&manga in general, I've only started reading/watching since January of this year. That fact is quite sad once you realize just *how* much I've read and watched in that time, I'd make a list but it's embarassing *blush* I don't really know what exactly drew me to Tsubasa, but I remember that the first image I ever saw from it was from the manga, it was the two page spread where little!Syaoran and Sakura are standing on top of that pyramidbuildingruinthingy and they're all happy and Sakura was showing him all the flying birds... I thought that picture was really pretty and it made me start watching the anime (which then led to me picking up the manga... and various mangas/animes afterwards...) and the rest, as they say, is history!
