Free Hosting Space?

Does anyone know of a free hosting website (that's reliable and virus and spyware-free) where I can upload music and videos? I want something like photbucket.com where you can upload and manage photos easily but I want to do that with my mp3 and videos. Thank you.

http://filelodge.com is a site i use for uploading my MP3s. you can only upload 50mb per file, but you ghet 500mb of space.

Thank you Okamerei and SailorYue, for your suggestions. These all seem excellent sites.  I've gone to rapidshare before but I didn't really know how to use it. Actually, I just want to upload some music and videos onto a free (and safe) hosting space where I can link back it to my personal journal/blog so my friends can also enjoy the music and the videos. Which site would you recommend?

filelodge will let you do that. it keeps the extension, and lets you play music directly. ive uploaded alot of my music there, including all the TRC VA songs and the yume no tsubasa duet like i said, its free, and you get 500MB of space.
