Maybe Fye can still get his eye back from Syaoran.  Eyes seem to get passed around freely in CLAMP stories without any problems (I mean look at how quick Subaru recovered once he got Seishirou's eye).  So all they have to do is kill clone!Syaoran and get back the eye... *likes to be optimistic*

Considering Syaoran has had a lot of blackouts, only got slightly freaked out, and apparently forgot about it, I would only be half surprised if Fye and Kurogane told him they've been cooking, got tomato juice everywhere, and he just believed it :p XD

Maybe Fye can still get his eye back from Syaoran. Eyes seem to get passed around freely in CLAMP stories without any problems (I mean look at how quick Subaru recovered once he got Seishirou's eye). So all they have to do is kill clone!Syaoran and get back the eye... *likes to be optimistic*

But anyhoo, as well as being pure evil CLAMP are also the masters of deception and suspense. Remember, they already 'killed' Fai in the Outo arc.

I'm certain that Fai isn't dead (not yet at least x_x ), if clone!syaoran is driven just to find a means to and end all he'll care about is having the magic in Fai's eye. If Fai were dead it would make Kuro-tan's whole "We'll finish this talk later" speech a bit redundant and we still have the confrontation with Ashura, which would fall very flat indeed if Fai were dead for that. Anyone would bleed a lot after having their eye ripped out. Guu! *shudders* Fai's beautiful eye!
Who was it that said Kurogane should give him one of his eyes? Fai with one red eye and one blue... 0_o

Well, looks like it's Kurogane to the rescue if it's going to be anyone. He's the only one sane/conscious/non-wounded enough to help... aside from little Mokona.

Can I wait an extra week to find out? Can I manage not to implode before then?!?

Rather, I envision something grave happening to RealSyaoran, and therefore CloneSyaoran will get all of the soul.  But...then we'd have RealSyaoran inside of CloneSyaoran.
