Im starting to have some doubts too....but--It's so hard to tell!! R!Syaoran is really a mysterious guy at this point.
Strange question but.....do you think R!Syaoran could understand all that was going on through C!Syaoran's life? Like, does he know the language?
And even when they were traveling, did Mokona's ability reach him?
When the original group was traveling together I always wanted Mokona to be seperated from SxS because they would still be able to speak to each other in their own language! ^__^Â Sakura might been in a continous black-out thing though....O_o

That's certainly an interesting question. I think that R!Syaoran should be able to understand, because Fei Wong seems to speak that language (or, there hasn't been any mention of him not speaking it). Also, when Syaoran was first found by Fujitaka, he seemed like he understood what he was saying, and he couldn't have if R!Syaoran didn't. Right?
Regarding Mokona and translation, R!Syaoran's eyes were more or less right there, so I'd assume everything was translated.
But wait, if he and Syaoran only shared that eye, wouldn't that mean everything would be muted? o.O; Ahah. That'd be funny.

That kind of happened in the country of idols. But she'd never know she spoke the same language as Syaoran because she'd keep thinking Mokona was close, dammit. XD

I never really thought of them that far off, since Fay and Kurogane saw the lake shining but looking at the image they are pretty far O_o
What if R!Syaoran and her get seperated from Mokona? Wonder what Sakura will make of that! :D
At least it would get the two of them talking~
