The greatness that is Syaoran

Good points Shiunu-chan. I do like TRC Syaoran, because he does hold that maturity, and pose that CCS Syaoran didn't have, often, but CCS Syaoran will remain my favorite because I'm always the supporter of the angst character. And even if CCS Syaoran wasn't completely angst, you have to admit that during the 3rd season, he was truly struggling to tell Sakura how he felt, and it gave the impression that he was truly alone in that struggle.
Despite the fact that Tomoyo, Eriol, and Yue (partly helped), and though you may disagree with me, I believe that his mother had a big part in helping Syaoran with his feelings. Show contentShe practically gave Syaoran permission to fall in love with Sakura when she kissed Sakura!
Futhermore on comparison of the two, TRC Syaoran is far more capable in battle than CCS Syaoran. Emotions do play an important factor in battles, and TRC Syaoran has far more control on his emotions that CCS Syaoran. Anybody agree; disagree? I'm interested in your thoughts.

That's true. CCS Syaoran, well he had so much confusion on his feelings and not being able to confess his feelings to Sakura. So yeah I know what you mean. TRC Syaoran knows that he loves Sakura and there's no doubt about his feelings for her. I think that adds for his being able to protect her even more.

I've always liked TRC Syao more because of his maturity and willingness to accept that he loved her. He seems to have had a connection with her from the start and realized that, but CCS Syao ignored it and pushed it away, too afraid of his young feelings and worried that maybe they were a cause of power, like his crush on Yukito.
TRC Syao was as determined as CCS, as strong...willed, I guess, because I think somehow that a 15 year old will be stronger than a 10 year old. But they both fight to protect who they care about and to me that is what makes Syaoran great...

Also very good points bie liao-chan. I found it strange, because I always viewed Syaoran as being distant, and then working his way forward. As stated before, I'm always attracted to characters like that.

^ True true!! Syaoran is so great because he loves and protects Sakura no matter what! I think that's what truly makes him great also!
