What colour are Sakura's eyes

Celestial:
Umm, what colour are Sakura's eyes. They keep changing. I think they are ment to be Green, but they appear in Brown and Blue, quite a bit.

What colour are they actually meant to be?

Yeah, I see them as green and whenever I draw CCs pics, I always colour her eyes as green. I think what your seeing is different shades of green which looks like another colour because if you look at pics and merchandise (in particular figures) of Sakura, the tone of green is different depending on the artist and what company publishes the merchandise. Just like her hair, it's very light brown in the manga, mid-tone brown in the anime, but some merchandise makes her hair colour really dark brown.

her eyes are "aquamarine", green-blue or blue-green :D

Takeru:
She's magic. Her eye color changes every two days. It's not a skill she had in the manga.

But really, anime-wise, I think it's the animation style, which changes a lot. You may notice that the filler episodes frequently use the aquamarine color, but in the more important episodes and all the movies, it's a very deep forest green (<3), which is probably her true eye color. Also, the manga draws her eyes as jade green, as mentioned above.

There's a lot of variation in CCS's animation styles. I guess it depends on the artists and exactly who it is that's drawing. It's not like the CLAMP artists alone drew all 2,898,000 frames of the show.
