hello!! uh...im not newbie here but always have many problems!! 
well,you know(if you really know only  )a little girl who is 11 years old can't do anything!! 
im useless!! 

uh..so..i need help in making avatar & banner(also GIF) using AdobePhotoshop & AdobeimageReady & Microsoft Picture It 2.0!!

please teach me... 

and,if you could suggest me the easy program to make it,tell me too 

and please,tell me step by step...
