i've never watched the anime but i've read the manga... yuki-sama!!! i'm not much of a shounen-ai fan [yay! het rules!!!] but i like a few of them, like shuichi and yuki, sasuke and naruto [sowee... i got addicted because of my org...]

but then, i like yuki's brother better than him.

I also recently watched both parts of the OVA. I liked Shuichi's dream/fantasy sequences. ^.^ I always feel sorry for Shuichi when Yuki ignores him like that. Aww... T_T

And yeah the dreams of suichi in the ova are so funny, i watch the ova before the serie and it confused me a little at the first time.. but after watch the serie i love it

My favorite character was Tohma in the beginning but he kind of creeps me out. I guess its because of the age cap between him and Yuki and he loves him. It's hard to really pick a favorite character. The only sane one there I think is Fujisaki.

Yes, Yuki and Shuichi belong together... which is why Ryuichi is making me mad at the moment. Has anyone read Gravitation 2? It's Maki Murakami's online continuation of the series. ^.^

By the way, how come so many fics put Ryuichi and Tatsuha together? In the anime, he's nowhere near as obsessed as he's often made out to be. Except for that scene with Ryuichi, then there's no real evidence....(but don't get me wrong, I adore that coupling!)

Anyway, yes yes I adore this coupling, too. In fact, although I don't write fanfics, I LOVE to draw fanart of them! XD OK, now to answer the question: I think it's popular because for the Ryuichi fans, Tatsuha is Ryuichi's answer to Shuichi's Yuki, know what I mean? Because Ryu is like Shu and Tatsu is like Yuki... You know?

Also.. *shifty eyes* In the Gravitation remixes number 2 and 6... Tatsuha and Ryuichi.. DO things together... Well, against Ryu's will, but it still happens... The two were also featured on the cover of Gravitation Sound Story III together as a couple! I loved that pic!

I always knew Gravitaion existed but when I read the plot I wasn't really interested, especially after looking at volume 1 of the manga, the style wasn't really that great, but then I discovered youtube.com and I downloaded the entire series a few weeks ago.
Now I am really in love with this anime, it's so majorly cute! And Yuki?! What a sexbomb! Shuichi is cute as hell too. And HIRO! My GOD, in that scene where Hiro tells Shu that he should go and confess his feelings and then pulls that straw from his mouth and licks it?! I nearly fainted. BISHIES EVERYWHERE!
I loved K! "Big news!" Hahaha, that cracked me up, as did, "That's like an Englishman with no English!" Yeah, has to be one of the funnist anime out there. <3
I saw the novel too in my manga store, it looked pretty good when I picked it up but as I hadn't watched or read the anime I thought I'd best leave it. Now, when I actually want it, it's GONE! >.<

ahh..the remix xD... its yaoi ^^o...some of the chaps are really good *pevi thoughts*
...there is just 10 chapters of it.. and its like the mix of the couples.. suichi/hiro.. and other more.. i haven't finish to read it cuz most of them are just in raw
but there is also the megamix, which is thousand better..

You can download scanlations of some of Gravitation 2 at aarinfantasy.com or at akutenshi.com. You have to register to download at aarinfantasy.com, but not at akutenshi.com. (But registering at aarinfantasy is so worth it, since they have *SO* much other stuff.) I don't know how much Gravitation there is (*too lazy to google and fiind out*) but those sites have at least three chapters of it. Pretty probably knows a lot more than me about it. ^_^

LOL. Ah, we'll just give a disclaimer that the link is YAOI (le gasp!) and I think it'll be alright. I haven't read the chapters yet, actually, just downloaded them. They aren't worth reading? Sad. And that site you linked to only has scanlations for the first five volumes of the original series... none of Gravitation 2. So I'll leave up the links. Even if it's not so good. *snif*
