Hello! 

Well, most forums have an award system like this and well, time for this one to have one as well!

Welcome welcome!

Keep in mind that some thing can change at anytime.

What does this Main Thread do?

- The goal for the Main Thread is to discuss the ongoing nominations and ask any questions you need to ask away. Also this is the place to discuss about the Presenters and Graphic Artists!

The Basics

- There are awards for each category for members to nominate and cast their votes in!

- First up, there will be three topics divided via Award Main Categories

Category List

[li]Forum Behavior Awards - This deals with usual stuff about members, usually things like nicest user, funniest user etc.[/li]
[li]Fan Awards - For those who goes crazy about TRC and CCS stuff![/li]
[li]Creativity and Skill - Show off those mad art/writing skills![/li]

Nomination Period

- In those topics, users nominate another user for an award he/she feels fit for that user to get! 

- Take note though, time doesn't bode nicely! There's a time list for each Category, better go nominate as fast as you can! 

- The current time limit for Nominations is 2-3 weeks! 

- After the Nominations end, the six users that got the higest number of nominations will slug it out on Voting Period!

Voting Period

- Once again, three topics will appear and the nominated users will be listed. Vote for the one you want to win!

- Again, there is a time limit for the Voting Period! The time limit hasn't been finalized yet and we'll keep you updated! 

- The user that has the most number of votes wins the award! Yay! 

- Does the user get the award right away? No sir, there will be an Awards Night where Presenters will present the Awards (via a graphic award they can place on their Signature Area) to the winner, and have a speech or two to speak out!

Well those are the basics of how to participate! Remember, nominate the one you want it to win the most! 

Nominating Rules

- Well, things can get a bit chaotic about nominating but here's the scoop! Just follow these simple rules so you won't get lost!

• A user cannot nominate himself/herself on any award
• All users can nominate users in categories they want to, they are NOT FORCED to nominate users in every award.
• Again, the time limit for nominations is 2-3 weeks!
• A user can nominate up to one user per award. The maximum limit is only one okay?[/b] "This rule is subject to change"

Voting Rules

- Will be cleaned up (Finalized) at the next Thread Update!

Graphic Artist FAQ

The winners get a nice Award! But of course the Graphic must be cool!

- To join the Graphic Artists Staff, just post in this topic and say you want to make the Award Graphics!

- Also, it would be really nice if you can show us your sample work!

- There! Glad to join the club!

The Graphics are based from the Award Symbols so check them out before doing some!

Award Presenter FAQ

Be the One who will present the winner with the Award!

- Award Presenters are the ones who will present awards in the Awards Night!

- So, you want to be one? Follow this two steps!

     - Post in this topic as a request to be an Award Presenter!

     - You may go choose what Award you want to present!

As you see, it's really simple! So start thinking up what awards you want to present!

Awards List - Know what you're voting for!

- As earlier things said, there are three main categories, now the list of awards to grab in each Category!

- Each award has an Award Symbol representing an Award. They are composed of CLAMP characters! These will be the basis for the Graphics (Pictures of the Award).

- Here's the list! Start brainstorming!

Forum Behavior Awards (Legendary Sakura Kinomoto Award - For members with 2 awards in different categories)

• Member of the Year  (Sakura Kinomoto & Li Syaoran/Sakura-hime & Syaoran Award)
  The person everyone loves the most. Yay!!
• Staff Member of the Year (Emerald Award)
  The best moderator here!
• Administrator of the Year (Yuko Award)
  The best administrator. No, this is not a democracy.
• Spammer of the Year (Kurogane Award)
  The person who posts the craziest stuff all the time.
• Most Helpful Poster (Chii Award)
  For excellency in helpfulness when it came to posting.
• Best Contributor (Tomoyo Daidouji Award)
  For excellency in delivering reliable information.
• Most Informative Long Poster (Shiro Kamui Award)
  For anyone who made their informative fan-rants into full-length novels. Or at least filled more than half the page.
• Best Media Contributor (Hikaru Shidou Award)
  For anyone who fulfilled requests concerning any media related to Tsubasa and CCS.
• Most Comedic Member (Keroberos Award)
  The guy who made you laugh the most.
• Admin's Pet (Mokona Award)
  Anyone who's an angel around Little Wolf and SLi all the time... probably because they want admin or something.

Fan Awards (Legendary Li Syaoran Award - For members who won two awards in different categories)

• Biggest Tsubasa Chronicle Fan (Sakura & Syaoran (TRC) Type I Award)
  For the proudest and loudest Tsubasa Chronicle fan out there.
• Biggest Card Captor Sakura Fan (Sakura & Syaoran (CCS) Type II Award)
  For the happiest and yappiest Card Captor Sakura fans out there.
• Most Ambitious CardCaptors Doomsday Conspirator (The Void/Hope Award)
  For anyone funding the aquisition of nuclear warheads for use on Nelvana headquarters.
• Wildest TRC Syaoran Fangirl (Syaoran Award)
  For anyone who thinks Syaoran is a hunk.
• Wildest CCS Sakura Fanboy (Sakura Kinomoto Award)
  For  anyone who goes "hanyaan" over Sakura.
• Greatest TRC Syaoran x Sakura Supporter (Tomoyo-hime Award)
  For anyone who wants to see Syaoran rescue Sakura in a blaze of feathers.
• Greatest TRC Kuro x Fai Supporter (Kurogane & Fai Award)
  For the biggest yaoi fangirl who gives all their <3 to Kurofai.
• Greatest CCS Syaoran x Sakura Supporter (Nadeshiko Amamiya/Kinomoto Award)
  For anyone who keeled over proudly after Syaoran confessed his lurve.

Creativity and Skill Awards (Legendary Tomoyo Daidouji Award - For members who won 2 awards in different categories)

• Best Story Author (Overall)

• Best TRC Fan-fiction Writer (Fai Award)
  Writers skilled in the art of Tsubasa Chronicle.
• Best CCS Fan-fiction Writer (Chiharu/Rika/Naoko Award)
  Those whose cards are cast with pens.
• Best Other Fan-fiction Writer (Kotori Minou Award)
  For those who write fan-fiction in general.
• Best Original Fiction Writer (Yuzuki Award)
  For those who write their own stories with their own plot and characters.

• Best CCS Artist (Clow Cards Award)
  For those who draw Sakura and Co. in all their cuddly cuteness.
• Best TRC Artist (TRC Supporting Main Characters Award)

• Best Other Fiction Artist (Fujitaka Kinomoto/Sonomi Daidouji Award)
  By other fiction, I mean it isn't strictly related to anime, but is still based on fiction; for instance, someone drawing a picture of Johnny Depp as a Jack Sparrow, but not Johnny Depp as himself.
• Best Original Artist (Chobits Supporting Characters Award)
  Someone who draws their own stuff, or stuff based on other real-life stuff here.
• Best Graphic Image Designer (CLOVER Award)
  Computer-generated image editing and/or website design only.

Please keep in mind that this is only an award that has been put together as a fun concept for all of our great CapturedWings member. It's not the end of the world if you don't get nominated or win and should not be taken seriously. If it goes well, we plan on making this an annual event.

With that said, I am exempt from being nominated or winning any awards but I will be doing some nominations here and there. Best of luck to the awards and to everyone
