The CCS gang's lives as adults...

Cardcaptor Takato:
But you have to remember that Syaoran is still just a kid now and I don't think most kids are calm or patient.  If Tsubasa is any indication, I think Syaoran will probably become more patient as he gets older and becomes more mature and he could use his childhood experiences of being irrational and impatient to help him to relate to his students better.

Ando:
You have a point there. But then, as a teacher, you need to be fairly social, too, and even though Syaoran isn't a kid anymore and sure will have learned much from Sakura over the years, I don't think he will ever truly enjoy being around a lot of people - which naturally is crucial in order to delight in teaching others.

Jeannette:
Actually, I thought of Syaoran's impatience being a problem with teaching as well, and it very well could be. Yet Kurogane isn't a patient man either, and he is/was teaching Syaoran. He would probably have to teach on a very one-to-one basis. And I love the idea of Touya and Yuki opening a restaurant together. XD

As for Tomoyo, I believe she is gay. No matter what CLAMP says, most people aren't bisexual. I hope she would find some one besides Sakura, even if it's not likely; and if she ever were to find someone, it would be a woman in my mind, no question.</off-topic>

And your basis to this is back up by what? If you're going to make a remark like that, please base it off fact because I don't believe that for a second!

Frankly, I don't believe it's possible to be a fully hundred percent straight or gay. Imagine a strictly heterosexual woman lays eyes on what to her seems like a very attractive guy, they start talking, and she does notice that his voice isn't exactly the deepest one there is, but in any case, she likes him. How long before she notices this "man" is in fact a flat-chested, male-looking woman? And how did she discover it? Not with any help from some kind of inner gender identifying bell, I'm sure...

As for Tomoyo, regardless of how CCSverse may not be corresponding to our reality, the fact remains that Tomoyo does live in CCSverse, where magical cards and time travel exist, and where gender is such a trivial matter when it comes to love. You can't apply our rules to that world - that would be like saying: "no matter what CLAMP says, magical cards do not exist". In our world they don't, but in the CCS world, they do.

And I would not say that everyone is CCS is bisexual, because that would mean something other than bisexuality did exist, if you have to put a name on it. Rather, the people of that show simply fall in love with persons. A small difference, but nevertheless important.

Sorry for kidnapping your thread, Takeru. Perhaps some kind moderator could move our off-topic posts to a new thread?
