I saw it, they're really laying all the hints from X in his design. Like how the speech bubble covered Subaru's hand in the last chapter when he destroyed his glove. I wonder why the others have Kamui's symbol from his neckace on the shoulders of their cloaks though, just a coincidence?

yup, that's a very nice background 'illusion' there. At first, I just realised the black cape as the 'evil' wing and JUST that, doesn't realise the rumbles at the back as the angel's wing...but yeah, the symbol for Kamui's and Fuuma's group (as tower people) really represent the X-theme. The tokyo tower, the white and black wings and the number 0 and 7 in Kamui's symbol ( the seven seal, dunno about the 0 part).

At first, i thought the symbol belongs to Kamui's group, but when i saw that Subaru also has that necklace...i kinda confused again, because it seems that this ymbol belong to SUbaru and Kamui's alone, and the people they are with maybe doesn't have any special symbol for the government building they're living in unlike the people in tower , so they just take Kamui's symbol (considering him as a leader??)

Sorry I make a small mistake in my previous post ><
I just observed again, and actually SUbaru and Kamui has different shape of the necklace, just similar in shape. So basically:
Kamui has this one
and SUbaru has this one
which more likely kamui has the evil wing's shape and Subaru has the angel shape's ^^ (sorry for the unclear pics, in hurry)
and as for the symbol on the cape , it was practically based on Kamui's
, just with extra 'halo' and number '0' and '7'
