It looks the same to me for the most part, although there are a few line changes that were pointed out in Evercool's LJ...

I haven't thoroughly gone through it, but basically it's just the added scene with Fai's magic, Kurogane and Kakyou running to the basement and Kakyou telling him he can't take his sword with him (explains what happened to the sword...), and Kamui's eyes and shading in the scenes I pointed out in my other post.
Changed and added scenes:
I grayscaled and leveled them, so they look better than they did before, in case anybody wants the new and altered scenes for something.
Renaya:
hey......Kurogane leave the sword outside before he's entering underground with Kakyou right?? and on the later chapters, Mokona can surprisingly get a hold of it.. (when Kurogane asked mokona for sword, but instead C!Syao sword came out)..I mean...how..?teleport..?one of 108 Secret Techniques...:tongue:
So far, this volume has a lot of changes and addition compare to others , is it?

It is not the same, 'saving' him was too 'unespecific' for Yuuko, you know, she grants wishes, but Fay can't be saved from himself, from his own pain by Yuuko, or at least that was not what Kurogane and Mokona wished then. That is why the line was changed, Kuro's wish was him not dying, his 'soul' is another matter that he will have to solve in another way :D
