Yep, she's Debonair from MKR anime. Your sources were correct. ^^ I always liked her too. And I don't think anyone's mentioned Chun'yan, who's pretty cool.

Now at least I know her name, I went back and looked and couldn't find it. Clamp's library is too big, I've read six of their series and that's only a slight dent. -_-'
