I don't grasp...why Fuuma carry feather wit him if this protect tower and people?? Spoiler could be real, but I prefer wait to 127...

Show content the second lot of spoilers seems to be the correct one. Also, it sounds like the splash page will be of Fai, but he wont be in the actual chapter (or, at least, he wont do anything) and Kuro wont have any lines either. I/they might be wrong though.
