I have a questuion:what happened with the book which Syaoran saw kurogane's past?

There were 2 books:one, the book which contained the feather, and another that kurogane took first...
It would have been interesting that someone could take that book and see syao's past...

If I'm wrong, please, tell me it.

Well, I guess that no one saw Syaoran's past because he was watching Kurogane's past... so, he didn't left his life on it, so... that's why they didn't tell Syaoran's past... That's really sad, because i really want to know what happen' to syaoran

yeah...It's a pity...
someone of the group could have taken the book after syaoran and discover his past...but, there were 2 books or one?

There were two books. But they left that first one in the library where they got it. (not the central, but the other one)
I mean, after Syaoran fainted, they had to take care of him, right? Not investigate the book. And after they found out what it did, I don't think they'd be very tempted to use it. I mean, I doubt Syaoran would just let the others see into his memories. Same goes for Fai. And I'm sure the book wouldn't have really worked on Sakura, since she doesn't have that many memories.

I remembered that in Lecourt Country there were copies of the original book (the one with Sakura's feather) circulating. Maybe the copy's power is enough to record just one person's memory, which is, at that point, Kuro-pin's.

Then why would they put it in a library? It's only logical lots of people would touch it.

I was reading volume 14 of the trc manga when I noticed a few, little, tiny mistakes that CLAMP overlooked when illustrating it. Don't get me wrong, CLAMP's really good when it goes down to details, only that occasionally, they get stressed and rushed by fans like us as they need to deal with other titles (e.g. xxxHolic) at the same time and they screw up a little. But the bloopers are very tiny that most don't even notice them and doesn't affect the story line at all.

Here are a few that I found so far..

For the first four panels, Syaoran's holding the photo frame with his left hand. But when he heard someone knocking on the door, he's holding the photo frame with his right.


The bottom left panel shows Mokona being grabbed by what seems like Kurogane's left hand, but...

The next page shows him grabbing Mokona with his right hand instead. xD


On the last page of chapitre 98, we can see that Mokona's on Sakura's shoulder when Kurogane prevented Syaoran from falling.

But in chapitre 101, when Sakura was recalling the incident, Mokona isn't on her shoulder.


Usually, the frilly thing on Sakura's hat is on the right, but in the train, it is on the left.


The symbol on FWR's clothes looks a little different on both. (And until now I'm still wondering which is the correct one. ^^;)

So... any other bloopers that any one else may have seen? xD

Nope. Because with his other hand, he is taking off his jacket. Then sakura comes knocking on the door.

On the last page of chapitre 98, we can see that Mokona's on Sakura's shoulder when Kurogane prevented Syaoran from falling.

I think they didn't put Mokona on her shoulder in that part. Because they wanted to show sakura recalling Syaoran crying. I think....maybe....not to sure 

OMG, those chapters were so sad. I couldn't stop crying when I read them.

OMG, those chapters were so sad. I couldn't stop crying when I read them. 

I think you have a point there. And yup.. Seeing Syaoran cry (for the first time too. o_O) made me cry sad too.

I'm not so sure about that too, but I've heard some others said that the other arm belongs to Fai. ^^

I think Fai's arms were full of clothing at that time, so he couldn't have grabbed his arm... The next page shows him holding it still, also.

Maybe CLAMP it trying to foreshadow some cataclysmic side-switching-mokona-dissapearing-wizard-mutating-event...or maybe I'm nuts!
I actually hadn't noticed Syao was crying...*feels stupid*

bloopers happen. noboey's perfect. if they went to try to make it perfect itd take 2 weeks a chapter for relawes XD
