- It's a mode users can use once a week. Lasts two hours to boot. The users can't be modded or banned during Insult Mode.

^ is completely shocked about what this user said.
^It's for releasing anger and frustration, the internet way. Of course there are many cases it being abused that's why the time frame gets lower and lower now (maybe next year, we'll reduce it to 90 minutes).
