That song is used many times.(typically in fight scenes) It was first usedin episode 1, when Sakura touches the stone and floats down into the chamber below. The music is used throughout that scene.

lol, my parents asked me that too. its like they never heard of instrumental music before, only vocals :P
and the song replayed in later episodes after the first also but i dont remember which ones and im too lazy to look back and check ^.~
