I too found a couple of pics of her some days ago and she does look like Sakura alot.

Wow... I think the character designers of that show really crossed the fine line between inspiration and pure plagiarism. The girl even has those two strands of hair pointing up!

Here's a character from Gunslinger Girl who looks quite a lot like Tomoyo (not so much TRC as CCS, but still).
