I'll have to be fair to them, though; they got really good talents for the anime.

Filipino rock artists and a teen star (and first time seiyuus) will dub Beck, that's all I can say.

eme-chan! eme-chan! i was so intrigued when you told me at the Hero con that BECK is an awesome anime! so i bought a DVD of it! and it is great! Ryuusuke is so handsome!! but my fave character is Taira! Taira is love!

Koyuki's voice is quite weird but it's really good! his voice i mean xD

believe it or not.....there's actually 3 anime's of which i find the dubs better than the japanese O.O

Tekkaman Blade: Japanese voices are okay i guess but lipsynch is way off at times (for example you see a guy screaming for 5 seconds long but you only HEAR him screaming in the last second o.O) All voices are better in english except Aki who annoys the crap out of me in the dub >.<

Shaman King: Japanese voices sucked overall and some didn't fit the character. Dutch dub had better and matching voices.

Samurai Pizza Cats: The most known example of dub surpassing Japanese. The english jokes are a product of the people not getting any script but they just had to think of own jokes < - - - - people who visit MSN chats a lot now what kind of crazy humor you get that way XD

Kuro puppy - You said Shaman King dub in Dutch. The US one flat out sucked.

Cowboy Bebop is a good example of great dubs.

Speed Racer for the LOL's.

I'm kinda intrigued about the 'Filipino rock artists' tad... I might consider the dubbing given the oppurtunity. Oh well. I don't even know the schedule of the anime for premiere... v_v

That's what I'm worried about T_T You can't just replace an American accent as easy as 1, 2, 3.
