why not just a topic in general for cosplay?

So come on guys, I need help! I only have two more months till the Animé Expo and I only have on Cosplay.
I want to Cosplay as a Bleach character but I don't know which one!!
I was thinking either, Ichigo (normal or Execution Ground), Gin, Hitsugaya (who I'd love to do but I think I'm just way too tall) or just a random Shinigami.
I was also going to do a Ouran Host Club but I'm not sure where to get a good quality suit in that colour...
So does anybody have any recommendations for me to Cosplay as? Help would be VERY much appreciated!
