Looking for good scan colorer.

Even though the OVA of Tsubasa is not out yet, I would like to start by coloring some of the manga scans for my new vid. However...I am slightly color blind (Which is why some of the colors in my vid pale angel were so bright -_-) and donot know how to color in photoshop well. Anyone willing to help? Credit will be given on the video.
