The girl shook her head. "remember back in the nurse's office, how the nurse and those in it suddenly became real calm?" she said and looked at Andy, "that was your doing..." she said.

Sakura, Anise and Rin blinked and looked at Andy.

Andy blinked, quite taken aback. "I-Tha-...That was my doing? I DID that?" He looked shocked, then rather pleased with himself. He grinned, "Cool."

The girl shook her head. "There's nothing 'cool' about using a forbidden art, Andrew Baldwin," she said and stared straight at him.

Andy's smile faltered just slightly.

"Forbidden art?" He arched his eyebrows. "Well, I think that's pre-"

However, Phineas nudged him.

"Er...I think that's pretty bad." As an afterthought he added, "How do you...know who I am?"

She opened her eyes and looked away. "We know the names of everyone who can use 'magic'" she said and looked at Anise and Rin, "some of you haven't manifested, while others," she said and looked at Sakura."However, some of us can use magic in a different form,"

Sakura blinked. "Huh?" she said in an innocent way. "Your voice is your magic, you can do all sorts of things with it - however it manifested in the worse possible situation," she said.

"Your voice caused the collapse of the auditorium," the girl said. Sakura blinked, "you mean... I caused the deaths of several... people...." she said and brought her hands up to her face.

The girl shook her head. "they aren't dead, tomorrow morning they'll mysterously wake up at the hospital as if nothing happened," she said and smiled.

She then looked back at the group, she knew they had questions. "So, any questions before I go on?"

"When you first use your powers, it'll occur mostly without you knowing it. Meaning you've manifested, your powers came to life," she said and walked toward and past Andy and up onto a hill. She looked over the rose and flower covered plains with a big smile.

Phineas shrugged. "I'm not in a hurry anyways."

Andy grinned. "This can't be all, can it? You're not just going to tell us we have powers and walk off, are you? Isn't there a saying or something? 'With great power comes great responsibility?'"

The girl nodded. "Yes, that is true. You mustn't use your power while around normal humans... doing so could prove fatel to yourself and those around you," she said and clasped her hands. She turned toward the group. "You must discover your power yourself, I can't tell you how to get it..." she said to them.

"However, there are those out there who would want to prevent you using your powers. So you must becareful of who you talk to - in your cases, don't talk to your parents about it. They wouldn't understand, and if anything, they would most likely make every attempt to 'stop'," she said.

For Andy however, it was a different story. He frowned. "Not even my dad?"

She shook her head. "If you want to try it, then be my guest, your father would probably think you were just joking around or pulling a prang, if your lucky, however, Yoko nor anyone else will be able to save you if your father calls the military to have you thrown in a cell. You DO realize that the military forbids people like us from existing right?" She stared him straight in the eye.

"But why?" Rin asked, curious.

"Because they fear what they don't understand," the girl said solemly. "They'd rather kill us than let us live, and it doesn't matter how old that person, whether it be a child like you and I, or an adult like Lurea and Manson."

Andy grimaced. "My dad wouldn't do that. He's not that type of man. Besides, I'm his son. He wouldn't let any harm come to me." He stated firmly.

The girl sighed in disbelief. "Your ignorance is amazing," she said. "If you want to run that risk, then fine, its your life your putting at risk," she said and turned away from him. "Lucky the others here don't seem to interested in risking their own lives," she said.

She shook her head again though. "You want to know what could happen if you revealed this information to your father? Then talk to Yoko, her mother and father were both country ambassadors and when they discovered their daughter had magic, they instantly had her death warrent signed. Mind you, her parents loved her a lot, but after they found out they discarded that love like it was nothing," she said.

Rin and Anise looked at Andy, and then back at the girl. As for Sakura she did't really understand any of this, but just kept listening.

Phineas had never seen Andy in rage, but he certaintly saw it now. No smile was evident on Andy's face. All trace of friendlieness was gone. He heard Andy speak. It wasn't the light, almost musical tone Phineas had grown accustomed to. It was low, hard, and with....dare he say it? No emotions.

"Listen here. Don't you dare make an insult at my dad. This is a dream, isn't it? This whole cruddy thing is just a stupid dream. Rather, it's more like a nightmare. So I want to wake up right about now."

The girl laughed,"So... this is how military youth is raised.. to be so damn ignorent of the facts and the truth's around them..."

She shook her head. "Let your ignorance guide you then, when your dead, you'll realize that what I said was very much true this is no kids game, but obviously you think it is. Now, get lost." she said and turned her back to Andy. "The rest of you can stay if you wish, but you can make yourselves wake up. However, I suggest you heed my advise, and tell no one. This child here seems to think his father is perfect, that he wouldn't hurt a fly, my how little he knows how the real world, oh well, he'll learn eventually," she said.

Rin and Anise were about to say something before the suddenly turned dark. Storm clouds appeared everywhere, lightning shot out and hit the ground, the girl looked around. "What:?! No, damn it!" she shouted and raised her hand. Suddenly the twins and Sakura felt a rush of air, before the dream went black.

Andy flew his eyes open. He gritted his teeth and rolled over to look at the clock. It was 6:30 in the morning. He looked over at Phineas who was still sleeping. He was still dreaming because he could see his eyes underneath his eyelids flickering. He got out of bed and walked out of his room. To his surprise, the light of his dad's study was on. He knocked softly and opened the door. His dad looked up and smiled at him.

"You're up early buddy." And returned to his paperwork.

Andy sat on one of his dad's leather chairs. "Dad, can I talk to you?"

"Mm." Was the reply.

"Dad...what if I said that I had powers?"

His dad still half listening, while working said, "I think that would have been perfectly normal."

Andy blinked in surprise. "Really?"

"Of course. It's only natural to think about those things at your age..."

Andy slumped. "No, dad... I mean...I really do. I think I can make people calm in a tense situation."

His dad looked up, a half smile that resembled Andy's on his face. "Really, now?"
Andy nodded seriously. "Kind of awkward feeling in here right now, right dad? I can make you calmer."

His dad laughed, "I'm calm, Andy."

Andy didn't listen and continued to focus his energy. All of a sudden, there was a slight change in the air. Mr. Baldwin tensed up slightly. However, his brain was telling him to completely relax. He looked over at Andy. For about a minute all of Greg Baldwin's muscles relaxed and he felt peaceful. Then the room returned to its normal state.

Andy looked at his dad.

The General's face had gone pale. He stood up and walked over to Andy, crouching down at his son's level. In a low and furious whisper he said, "You must not be so rash about this, Andrew. There's a war going on! There are people who will KILL you if you show any sign of magical prowness. Not a word to your mother about this, you understand?"

Andrew nodded, eyes widening. His father quickly left the room.

Anise awoke to a spinning sensation, it took her awhile to regain her senses. "Uhhh...." she groaned as she lifted her head off the medical bed that Rin was still sleeping in. "That was an odd dream..." she said.

A couple minute's later Rin also awoke, but in a more pleasant way. "Hey Anise," she said.

Her twin smiled. "Morning Rin, how are you feeling?"

"Fine.. well.. had a strange dream though..." Rin commented, placing her finger on her chin in an effort to remember it all.

Anise blinked. "I had an odd dream as well, quite creepy to be honest, some girl talking about magic and stuff," she said and laughed. "but.. thats not possible is it?" she said. Rin shrugged, "we've seen some pretty strange things already, no reason to think its not possible."

Near the room, a nurse had been listening in. Her eye's narrowed at the mere mention of the word 'magic' she took out a pad and wrote something down before leaving.

Phineas awoke, his mind spinning. He looked over at Andy's bed to find that he wasn't there. He got up, quickly smoothed his hair down and went down to the living room where Andy was making a phone call.

"Yes. Hello, I'm Andrew Baldwin. May I talk to Rin or Anise Outren, please?"
